BBQ Bash @ Unity Chicago
Unity Chicago’s BBQ Bash, an annual community event in Edgewater, returns on Sunday, September 13th, from 12:30pm - 3:30pm.
Location: 5959 N. Sheridan Road
Enjoy delicious free food, a live rockin’ outdoor concert by the Shea Butta Band, select pop-up vendors, a raffle, a Kids & Family Tent with fun activities, and more, all at the beautiful lakefront at the corner of Sheridan Rd. and Thorndale Ave. Bring your family and friends for a fantastic time! Suggested donation.
We will also be collecting unopened full-size bottles of body lotion and body wash for The Night Ministry, an incredible local organization that supports unhoused Chicagoans. Consider bringing a bottle or two!
RAIN OR SHINE! For inclement weather this event will be held inside in our large Social Hall for the same fun, food, concert, and vendors.
Unity Chicago is a New Thought church and spiritual center that is diverse, inclusive, and family-oriented. Located at 5959 N Sheridan Rd, offering classes, meditation, youth programming, and more. Sunday services at 11:30 a.m. in person and online.
