All proceeds from the evening will directly benefit Misericordia’s mission of providing a community of care and support for persons with developmental disabilities. About Misericordia: Misericordia offers a spectrum of residential placement options and a wide variety of programs for children and adults with mild to profound developmental disabilities. Their work ensures that individuals can live as independently as possible in a safe and loving environment. About Colvin House: A beautifully restored 1920s mansion on Chicago’s lakefront, Colvin House serves as a creative hub and event space dedicated to fostering community and celebrating local history. There will be food and drinks available for purchase at Colvin Cafe. Event Outline: 6:30 - Doors open for Happy Hour! Guests can order from a limited menu each week. Proceeds from food and beverage sales do not go to Misericordia. Swift Elementary School, just two blocks west of Colvin House (as space allows). Please come to Colvin House's back door (off Thorndale Ave) first to receive a parking permit from staff who will provide further instructions. We also recommend The Malibu Condominiums (6007 N Sheridan) public garage, just across the street, north of Colvin House. This parking can be validated by Colvin House for $2.00 off.
