Each segment consists of a short poetic-inspiring spoken word reading followed by a mellow yet evocative meditative sound-scape: Crystal Bowls, Native Flute, Reverie Harp, Monochord, Handpan, Ocean Drum, etc. Preston's readings are curated from eloquent authors and poets.
 
By playing various exotic acoustic instruments from around the globe, and sharing inspirational readings, Preston invites attendees to relax into the vibrations and take a refreshing vacation from the busy-ness of life's challenges.
