Renew and rejuvenate your body-mind-spirit. Join this 6-chapter sound & word meditation held at Unity Chicago (in the small chapel, a serene setting with a beautiful lakefront view). Each segment consists of a short poetic-inspiring spoken word reading followed by a mellow yet evocative meditative sound-scape: Crystal Bowls, Native Flute, Reverie Harp, Monochord, Handpan, Ocean Drum, etc. Preston's readings are curated from eloquent authors and poets.
 
By playing various exotic acoustic instruments from around the globe, and sharing inspirational readings, Preston invites attendees to relax into the vibrations and take a refreshing vacation from the busy-ness of life's challenges.
