Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and dependable Laundry Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in creating a clean, welcoming, and customer-focused environment. You will assist customers, process laundry orders, maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, and use basic computer systems for transactions and order tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with self-service and drop-off laundry
• Wash, dry, fold, and package laundry with attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness of machines, floors, folding areas, and restroom
• Use a computer system to manage orders and process payments
• Ensure a safe, friendly, and comfortable atmosphere for all guests

Requirements:

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Prefer Bilingual but not necessary (Basic English is mandatory)
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Basic computer skills
• Physical ability to lift laundry bags (25 LBS) and stand for extended periods

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
