About Us

Since 1987, TPAN has been delivering vital programs and services in Chicago for people living with HIV/AIDS and those at risk of HIV transmission. Now part of Vivent Health, a national HIV healthcare provider, TPAN remains committed to offering comprehensive prevention, healthcare, and social services that address the full spectrum of HIV care. Our services include HIV prevention, access to PrEP medication, a drop-in center for LGBTQ+ youth, syringe exchange, HIV case management, support groups, and behavioral health services. Starting in fall 2024, we will expand our offerings to include onsite medical care, a pharmacy, legal aid, and a food pantry. Additionally, TPAN publishes Positively Aware, a national HIV treatment magazine.
